Slipknot Cancel European Festival Appearances/UK Tour

Nu metallers Slipknot have had to cancel their upcoming European festival appearances, including UK festivals Leeds/Reading, due to their drummer, Joey Jordison, breaking his ankle.

But fear not, the band will be back on tour later this year, with fellow label mates
Machine Head and Finnish metallers, Children Of Bodom.

The dates for the UK tour are:

Haha, damn that must suck, to be a drummer and of all things to break. It's like being a vocalist and breaking your... uh... mouth. At least they have a valid excuse, unlike Lacuna Coil when they decided to cancel their Aussie tour.
